Terms of Service

1. Service Description
FirstTouch provides an AI-assisted personal brand management service. We draft LinkedIn, X, and Instagram content in your voice. You review and approve each post before it is published. We do not publish anything without your explicit approval.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of yourself or a legally registered business. By registering, you confirm that you have authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance (Starter €299/mo, Professional €499/mo, Enterprise by quote). Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
4. Intellectual Property
Content drafted by FirstTouch on your behalf is owned by you upon approval and publication. You grant FirstTouch a limited licence to process your voice samples, historical posts, and brand guidelines solely for the purpose of generating content for you.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use FirstTouch to generate spam, misleading claims, defamatory content, or content that violates applicable law or platform terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation of this policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
FirstTouch is not liable for platform algorithm changes, account suspensions by third-party social networks, or outcomes of published content. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
